Homework...

painful for the parent and child....not because there is too much or that we don't understand it - we do...when they want help but don't really want help...and would rather be spoon fed because homework requires effort...yeah - do I sense some head shaking?  What can I say - homework can be a struggle to complete on occasion at Rue Felix Faure.  And my patience is thin when I see a dismal attempt at trying.

I don't have the answer but I'm just acknowledging that this journey I write about has other road bumps that are universal no matter where you live in the world.
